Litho & digital
Using B1 lithographic 5 and 10 colour Heidelberg XL106 presses, McLays ensure image quality conforms to ISO12647 when producing anything from simple leaflets to complex university prospectuses.
As well as traditional litho, McLays also uses a mixture of Xerox and Canon inkjet and toner digital print engines to support short-run generic work through to complicated data-driven personalised literature.
Both litho and digital manufacturing is supported by comprehensive in-house finishing equipment providing trimming, folding, stitching and other specialised processes.
